It also designs, distributes, and manages insurance products and portfolios on behalf of licensed insurance companies. In addition, the company is involved in wholesale and retail broking and managing general agents. Further, it provides automated quoting and binding, white-labelling, and technological support services, as well as ExpressCover, an SME insurance platform utilising BizCover, a digital SME insurance platform with multichannel presence and insurance offerings; and distributes ancillary products. The company was formerly known as Austbrokers Holdings Limited and changed its name to AUB Group Limited in November 2015. AUB Group Limited was incorporated in 1885 and is headquartered in North Sydney, Australia.
