The Utilities segment provides operations, maintenance, design and construction services to gas, water and electricity network owners, industrial asset owners and other customers; and asset maintenance, upgrades and replacement, engineering, design and construction of network assets, meter reading, network assurance, specialist inspection, auditing, and compliance services. The Assets and Facilities Management offers long-term operations, maintenance, and support services to the lifecycle of critical infrastructure, facilities, and transport assets; integrated facilities management, asset condition assessment, and lifecycle planning; land management and environmental services; road and tunnel network maintenance, and control room operations; and installation and operation of intelligent transport systems. It also provides project management, subcontractor management, minor capital works, community engagement, and customer experience management services. Service Stream Limited was incorporated in 1996 and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
